I have been lucky enough to work with some very talented chefs throughout my career helping ignite my passion for food. A few decades later that passion still burns now fueled with a different vibe from that very first day I walked into a professional kitchen aged 14.
My career has taken me far and wide after being somewhat blessed given the opportunity of Head Chef at the young age of 22. Earning and maintaining converted awards such as AA Rosettes, my early success continued and it was not long before the Good Food Guide came knocking and Michelin recognition followed.
But What Now? In the words of Mr Ramsey “you are only as good as your last service”.
Fast forward some years work allows me to support the industry in a freelance capacity, most recently opening doors working with Forest Green Rover FC (The Worlds Greenest & Only Vegan Football Club) including their sister company company Little Green Devils developing and producing plant based, allergen free foods into the school sector across the UK

A reliable committed freelance plant based chef consultant with passion, professionalism and a light hearted approachable manner. Working with clients bridging the gap from the “normal” into the world of plant based cooking. My skills include vegan whole plant based foods along side nutrition & bringing sustainability into the catering sector. I’m happy travelling to clients with accommodation onsite. I bring a wealth of experience with 30 years working as a professional chef in restaurants, hotels, the school sector including private events (various scales – street food to private marquee weddings) & industrial catering outlets seeing 12 of those years in the plant based sector.
