  1. 50g Walnuts
  2. 50g Hazlenuts
  3. 40g Sunflower Seeds
  4. 40g Pumpkin Seeds
  5. 20g Flaxseed
  6. 10g Hulled Hemp Seeds
  7. 90g Pitted Medjool Dates
  1. 240g Soaked Cashews Nuts (soak in boiling water for 2 to 3 hrs)
  2. 1 x Lemon Zest & Juice
  3. 2 x Pitted Medjool Date
  4. 1 x Vanilla Pod (de-seeded)
  5. 100g Ripe Banana
  6. 100g Fresh Blueberries
  7. 2 x Tbs Chia Seeds
  1. 400g Berries of Choice (blueberries & raspberries pictured)
  • Place all crust ingredients (1 to 7) into a high speed food processor blending until combined & malleable.
  • Press into your dish of choice applying evenly throughout- approx 9 inch
  • Set in fridge for for an hour
  • Blend filling ingredients (1 to 4) until all are combined forming a smooth thick paste (make sure you drain the water from the cashews only adding the nuts to the mix)
  • Then add 5,6 & 7 to the paste blending until incorporated evenly
  • Next pour the filling mix into the chilled nut & seed crust refrigerating for 3 to 4 hours until set
  • Finally dress the pie with the berries of choice & serve filling your face 🙂
