Pea Dip

SERVINGS:

4 x Adults

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 500g Lightly Steamed Peas (defrosted frozen work perfectly fine)
  2. 120g Fresh Haas Avacado
  3. 4g Onion Granules or Powder
  4. 1 x Garlic Cloves Crushed
  5. 2 x Juiced Lemons Or Apple Cider Vinegar
  6. 1 x Tbsp Nutritional Yeast (B12 added)
  7. Black Pepper (to taste)
METHOD:
  • Add 1,2,3,4,5 & 6  into a blender or food Processor  blending for 1 minute or until smooth.
  • Remove mix adding 7, then refrigerate until ready to serve
