500 ml

  1. 1/2 Cup of Grains (I used gluten free oats in this recipe)
  2. 75g Mixed Frozen Berries
  3. 25g Frozen Blueberries
  4. 1/2 Banana
  5. 4 x Pitted Medjool Dates
  6. 250ml Plant Based M*lk
  7. 75g Cooked Butter Beans
  8. Thumb Nail Size Piece of Fresh Turmeric
  9. 1 x Tsp Chia Seeds
  10. 2 x Tsp Ground Flaxseed
  11. 1 x Tsp Hulled Hemp Seeds
  12. 1/4 x Tsp Ginger
  13. 1/4 x Tsp Ground Cassia
  14. 1/8 x Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • Add all ingredients into a blending cup & blend for 1 minute until smooth

Why not add a handful of Kale or Spinach to get one of your daily recommended portions of greens, getting the day off to a great start!
