6 x Small Pitta Size Breads 3 x Tortilla Wraps

  1. 200g Whole Spelt Flour
  2. 1 x Tsp Garlic Powder
  3. 1 x Tsp Onion Powder
  4. 1 x Tsp Sesame Seeds
  5. 1/2 x Tsp Cumin Seeds
  6. 1/2 x Tsp Ground Coriander
  7. 1/2 x Tsp Turmeric Powder
  8. 1/4 x Tsp Hing
  9. 140ml Cold Water
  • Mix 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8 in a deep bowl until all combined together
  • Then add 9 kneading for 5 to 10 minutes until a smooth dough has formed.
  • Leave to rest for 20 minutes
  • Divide the dough into desired portion size rolling into a tight balls
  • Next roll out the balls flat & dry fry in a non stick pan for 30 seconds each side or until just turning golden brown
