SERVINGS:

4 x Adults

INGREDIENTS:
  1. 600ml Freshly Squeezed Apple Juice (Not Pasteurised)
  2. 80g Sultanas
  3. 100g Whole Grain Porridge
  4. 1 x Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
  5. 1 x Very Ripe Banana Pureed
  6. 2 x Pitted & Finely Chopped Medjool Dates
  7. 60g Chopped Pecan Nuts
  8. 30g Chopped Cashew Nuts
  9. Nutmeg
  10. Cassia
  11. Blueberries
  12. Date Syrup
METHOD:
  • Place 1 & 2 into a pan a simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Next place 3 & 4 into the mix cooking for a further 5 minutes
  • Then add 5,6,7,8,9 & 10 return to the heat for another 3 minutes or until the porridge is cooked
  • Finally serve & dress with berries, apple batons maybe a few extra nuts & finish with a touch of date syrup
