seed porridge

Servings:

4 x Adults

Ingredients:
  1. 600ml Homemade Nut M*lk
  2. 60g Sultanas
  3. 20g Goji Berries
  4. 90g Whole Grain Porridge
  5. 1 x Very Ripe Banana Pureed
  6. 2 x Pitted & Finely Chopped Medjool Dates
  7. 1 x Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
  8. 1 x Tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds
  9. 1 x Tbsp Raw Almond Nut Butter
  10. Pumpkin Seeds
  11. Sunflower Seeds
  12. Brazil Nuts
  13. Raspberries
  14. Cherries
  15. Strawberries
  16. Date Syrup
Method:
  • Place 1,2 & 3 into a pan a simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Next place 4 into the m*lk & cook for a further 5 minutes
  • Then add 5,6,7,8 & 9 return to the heat for another 3 minutes or until the porridge is cooked
  • Finally serve & dress with the additional seeds & berries, finishing with a touch of date syrup & nut m*lk.
