This recipe makes just shy of a litre of juice using average size grapefruits & oranges. I strain the pulp & pips from the oranges, I find juicing oranges to have a lot more & larger pips than regular oranges. Then I squeeze, leaving in the pulp & seeds from the grapefruit as I enjoy the texture of larger pieces of grapefruit in the juice.

  • 8 x Organic Juicing Oranges
  • 2 x Organic Pink Grapefruits

Cut the oranges & grapefruit in half, squeeze the juice from the oranges, straining through a sieve. Then juice then grapefruits, add straight into the orange juice. Mix together – Drink!
