Dressing:

This is a lovely creamy dressing, made simply with Tomato & Papaya also enjoyed eaten as a soup. With a sweet and savoury flavour, this dressing has a lot of versatility, lending itself to most salads, it can even be eaten as soup or even used as a dip.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large Organic Papaya
  • 6 Organic Vine Plum Tomatoes  
  • Organic Orange or Lemon Juice to adjust flavour, if required
  • (Keep the intake Natural – No Salt)
Additional ingredients to flavour: 

Herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, etc), Courgette or Butternut Squash noodles, romaine noodles, maybe some avocado.

Directions:

Blend ingredients: The papaya, tomatoes, as well as the other optional ingredients such as herbs if being used etc.

Stir in various noodle ingredients as mentioned above.

Tip:

Save some of the papaya (approx one-quarter) along with 1 tomato just finely chop or blend them at the end for a textured finish.

If the consistency is too thick you can always add some raw organic coconut water, spring water even freshly squeezed orange juice to dilute to your preference.

Do not forget all fruits will be variable with juice/water content & sweetness, so have a play adding more of one fruit or another with additional juice when necessary – there are no rules.
